Hotel laundry around Westminster
Westminster has more hotel rooms than anywhere else in London. Big names fill Park Lane and the Strand, but much of the borough’s trade is smaller: family-run guest houses in the stucco terraces of Paddington and Bayswater, boutique hotels in Marylebone and Soho, and B&Bs around Victoria and Pimlico.
Smaller hotels rarely have room for a big linen store, and many sit on streets with tight parking and timed loading. We collect and deliver on agreed days and times, counted in and out, so housekeeping always has clean sets on the shelf.
Basement linen rooms
Many converted townhouses keep linen in a basement reached by narrow stairs. Tell us where the bags will be and we collect from that door.
Counted in, counted out
Every collection is counted by item and size, so your figures and ours match and missing pillowcases show up early.
Boutique rooms in Soho and Marylebone
Boutique hotels often use their own branded robes and coloured towels. We keep them apart from white bed linen in the wash.
