Restaurants laundry questions
How much does restaurant linen laundry cost?
Napkins are £0.45 each, tablecloths £2.40 / £4.20 (small / large) and chef jackets £2.20, excluding VAT. Mixed loads can also go by weight at £3.20 a kilo.
Can you get grease and food stains out of kitchen linen?
We treat food and grease marks before the wash rather than washing over them. Most come out; if one will not shift, we tell you instead of sending it back as clean.
Do you wash chef whites separately?
Yes. Chef whites are washed apart from coloured linen so they stay white and do not pick up dye.
When do you collect from restaurants?
We plan pickups and drop-offs around your service so they never land in the middle of a rush. Tell us when the kitchen opens and closes when you ask for a quote.
Is there a minimum for restaurant collections?
The minimum per business collection is [to confirm: business minimum per collection], and collection is free on orders of £50 or more.
Do you supply tablecloths and napkins?
No, we wash the table linen you own. If you need hire as well, ask us when you request a quote.
Can you collect late at night?
Tell us when your kitchen closes and we will say what pickup times we can offer.
Will you get red wine out of a white tablecloth?
Most of the time, yes, especially if it reaches us quickly. If a mark will not move, we tell you rather than send it back as if it were clean.
