What the calculator includes
Every per-item business price on our list is here: bed linen for hotels and guest houses, towels and robes for gyms and spas, and table linen, aprons, chef whites and staff uniforms for restaurants and cafés. Items with two sizes, such as small and large tablecloths, have a row each. All prices exclude VAT.
Getting a realistic figure
Use a normal week, not your busiest. If you are not sure, count what you send for two or three weeks first. Mixed small loads of aprons, tea towels and side towels may be cheaper by weight than by item; ask us and we will compare both for you.
Free collection
Collection and delivery are free on orders over our minimum. If your weekly total is below it, combining two small collections into one larger one usually saves the charge.
